Anwar Sodomy charge

Quite a few things seem funny in the case.Don't know if people have realized it or not.
1. Anwar allegedly sodomised a man so much younger then himself. how was that managed?Who do you think would win in a battle of strength?A 20's guy would normally be stronger then a 60's guy.
2. Sodomy is an act of 'force'. The victim would have to be held down or unconsious or coerced. Being held down would cause bruising of the skin or other related injuries. The victim here was not noted to have any. If drugs were administered, his system would show for it on the toxicology report. Drugs would be eliminated from the body after a certain amount of time. Since he went for an exam several days latter, this would turn up negative. If the victim was held down, logic indicates more then 1 person was at the crime seen. the offender would need to hold down a physically stonger victim, tie him up and subdue him 1st. that's why victims are mostly weaker and smaller then the offender.
3. Sodomy might be planned or not by the offender. when oppurtunity strikes the incedence occurs. yet how many people who have the intention of taking some one by force actually brings a lubricant around?how did the victim know a lubiricant is used and which type is used? sodomy is from behind.How did the victim see the lubricant and if it was by force, when did the offender have the time to use the lubricant? bear in mind, usually rape is a 'quickie' for fear of discovery. How many victims are acutely and actually aware that a lubricant is used? usually the injury is horofic because of the force used. I have yet to come across the use of a lubricant in a rape case. I wonder if people actually go around having a lubricant in their pockets or bags..
4. Seems like consensual to me. The victim idolized the offender, 'allowed' the offender to subdue him, 'allowed' preperation for the act and when traumatized, then reported it. Not to say that it may have not truly happened, only God knows and I am not a witness of the act, but it does seem very fishy indeed. Needs some rethinkin' that.
5. Psychologically, an act of rape is a very traumatizing event. victims are withdrawn, suicidal, afraid, angry. The victim didn't seem to be fazed by seeing the culprit.
6. Try to interview victims and sexual offenders and see what u come up with. The picture is varied but are similar in content, not like the scenario illustrated in the media.

I am not trying to support one over the other just looking at it to discern the truth and to see how our judiciary system works out unraveling this mystery. Actually so many more mysteries to see. The mongolian model's death has some holes in it as well as the theft of the engines.Seems like 2 people who are actually superman in secret managed to lift, steal and fly it out on their own..Thankfully I'm not a detective but these issues have got me to thinking and wondering..
